About Runon Fragment
RUNON FRAGMENT is a Southern California HARD ROCK band which uses elements of metal, soul and grunge in its music. The band members are traditionalists and place an emphasis on lead guitar and traditional song structure. These radio ready songs pay great attention to the traditional craft of singer/songwriters transcending the boundaries of rock.
RF’s songs were written to document lead singer/guitarist Mark’s life experiences in Southern California to build his craft and pursue his dream. From his anthemic tribute to skateboarding in “Concrete Wave” to analysis of the war in “Some Things Never Change” each song tells a unique story. From the beach cities to the mountains and deserts to the bustling city life of Los Angeles, Runon Fragment’s music is proudly Southern California.
Runon Fragment is currently recording their second album with producer Steven Slate. They will resume an active touring schedule once the album is complete. Runon Fragment has played shows throughout California. These dates have included big shows at the legendary Whisky A Go Go, the Knitting Factory, the Viper Room and opening slots for 90’s rock band Sponge in Los Angeles and San Francisco.
